It reflects our every emotion and is indicative of our state of health, diet and lifestyle. It reflects what food we eat, how much sleep we have had and our alcohol consumption. Your skin is your emotional boundary, the meeting place between you and the outside world. Therefore, skin issues arise when someone or something has crossed that boundary and gets under your skin¯.
Any emotional turmoil imbalances the energy centres in our body. Depending on our genetic and individual tendencies, these imbalances manifest in the physical body in different ways.
