What you can expect? A specific yoga practice will be adapted to meet your needs, lifestyle and interests. This may include some pranayam (breathing exercises), a specific kriya (yoga postures) and a meditation. We can tailor your practice to take into account the amount of time available in your day. You will be given clear demonstrations and notes to enable you to practise regularly at home. This will be reviewed and developed as necessary in any further meetings. The frequency of sessions is up to the student but students committing to 3 to 6 sessions find the most benefit.
